Water Pollution
I believe that water pollution is a major issue, not only in our country but especially in countries abroad. I came to this conclusion, because by nature we are dependent on water. Water maintains our health in the sense that we clean with it, we cook with it, and we drink from it. If our water is polluted, our health and daily living declines daily. The inconveniency of unhealthy water is a major deterrent in daily living also. When I went to Mexico I couldn’t drink the water; so all day while working, eating, or brushing my teeth, I carried a bottle of water- this was one of the most annoying things I have ever done! We have to heal the source of the problem though- going to waste dumps, landfills, and establishing recycling centers. This is my major environmental beef.
