I think that Global warming is a huge factor on the future of the world. Global warming melts ice caps that causes the water to rise and warm. This will effects currents and will cause states and continents to become under water. Another problem is it warming the planet and therefore our seasons are changing. The places where we once grew things we no longer exsist. The ozone layer is being thinned and allowing heat to hit earth and rise the temperature. It is up to us to act upon it to help because it is our future that it's effecting. We know the problems that global warming causes but how can we take a stand on fixing the problem? How can we be really heard? Finally it comes down the basic question on how to decrease global warming? We talk about whatwe need to do instead of acting on it. We need to work together and do something then maybe others will follow. As Rosa Park said, "Memories of our lives, of our works and our deeds will continue in others." and also she said," I knew someone had to take the first step and I made up my mind not to move." Lets be the first to take the step. We might change the world just as she did.

If you were duped by Al Gore’s movie, I am deeply sorry. I watched it twice, and I was appalled by his political motivations. His information was so biased- one of my favorites is when he does that scientist’s poll and said, “that out of 400 scientists, 0 disagreed.” Thing about it, there are more than 400 scientists!
I am not convinced to say the least! WE ARE NOTHING! To think that mankind can influence and understand the world he lives in! We cannot even understand our own minds, why then are we trying to understand the world? I’m sorry for sounding like Hitler and I’m sure you hate my opinion, but it is something I am confident of because of common reasoning.
