Loss of Cropland

I believe that one of the main effects of global warming is the loss of cropland. Not only does it tie in with the global warming problem but all also with the population problem. Losing crops is bad enough but to lose them when the population is rising is even worse. I feel this is a very big, if not the biggest, problem caused by global warming.
